Trade marks (whether registered or unregistered) and logos must not be used or modified in any way without obtaining the prior written consent of Qantas Airways Limited.

The website, products, technology and processes contained in this website may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by Qantas Airways Limited and/or CoverPoint Marketing Pty Limited or by third parties. No licence is granted in respect of those intellectual property rights other than as set out in these Terms. Your use of this website must not in any way infringe the intellectual property rights of any person.

Prices, Postage & Import Restrictions

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and exclude postage, shipping and handling charges.

Postage and handling charges will vary depending on whether the number of products ordered and whether the delivery address for the products is in Australia or overseas. Qantas Merchandise Shop will inform you during the ordering process of the postage and handling costs of your order.

International orders may be subject to other charges, for example, customs duty and value added taxes. You are responsible for paying any such additional duty or tax.

All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

GST

If your delivery address is within Australia, then the price will include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). If your delivery address is outside Australia, then your purchase is not subject to GST.

Orders and Payment

You will need to complete a separate order for each different delivery address. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation page that you can print for your own records.

Subject to availability of the products, Qantas Merchandise Shop will accept your order when your credit card payment has been approved.

Qantas Merchandise Shop will inform you at the time of purchase if your credit card payment is not successful.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards Accepted.

If you do not wish to place your order on the internet, we offer you the option of phoning, faxing or mailing in your order.

Delivery

Australian Orders

Within Australia, products are sent by Australia Post eParcel service, Fastway Couriers and Australian Air Express. Standard Delivery usually takes 7 - 14 working days within the Australia Post network. Express Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days within Australia.

If you are not at the nominated address when your product is delivered, you may be charged a re-delivery fee or for redirection to your nearest post office. Qantas Shop does not accept responsibility for items lost when delivered to the nominated address and accepted by a party.

Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in a delay in delivery. In these circumstances, we will contact you to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel your order if you wish.

International Orders

International orders are sent with Australia Post International Mail service. This service usually takes between 7 - 21 working days depending on the destination.

If you arrange for products to be delivered to another person, Qantas Merchandise Shop will not inform that person that you made the purchase. You may wish to let the person know that products have been ordered and check that the parcel has been delivered.

Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. This may affect estimated delivery times. Qantas Merchandise Shop reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

Authority to Leave (Australian Addresses Only)

If you are not home at the time our courier attempts delivery and you have indicated your chosen delivery instructions from the drop down menu on the Payment Details section of the Qantas Merchandise Shop, you hereby authorise our courier to leave your parcel at your nominated delivery address without signature or identification. By agreeing to use this service you also indemnify our courier company and the Qantas Merchandise Shop against any loss that may occur if the parcel goes missing from the delivery address.

Returns and Refunds

If, on receipt of a product, you discover it has a manufacturing defect, or it has been damaged in transit, or if Qantas Merchandise Shop has not complied with your order, you may return the product to Qantas Merchandise Shop for a refund or exchange for the same item.Returned products must be in the same condition as sold and accompanied by the customer receipt (original or photocopy).

Qantas Merchandise Shop will not commence processing the refund or exchange until it receives the returned products. It is up to you to get the products to the Qantas Merchandise Shop. We suggest insured parcel post.

Any refunds will be refunded to the credit card you used to purchase the returned item. A refund or exchange will not be given for a change of mind, so please choose carefully.

Defective (corrupt or faulty) Q Bag Tags can be returned for a refund or replacement. Where the original purchase was made by credit card, any refund will be processed to that credit card.

Q Bag Tags that have been damaged by Qantas during travel can be returned for a replacement or refund.

Returned Q Bag Tags (whether defective or damaged by Qantas) must be accompanied by the original receipt.

If your Q Bag Tag is lost by Qantas, submit a request for replacement or refund in writing (must be accompanied by the original receipt).

Q Bag Tags that have been lost by the customer will not be replaced.

  • Excludes all conditions and warranties implied into these Terms;
  • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence), which may be directly or indirectly suffered, in connection with use of this website, the use of the Qantas Merchandise Shop or any product purchased from the Qantas Merchandise Shop; and

Qantas Merchandise Shop Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Your purchase must be made within 12 months from the date this Voucher was issued. This Voucher was created on the issue date as stated above.
  • All purchases are subject to availability and the Qantas Merchandise Shop Terms of Use.
  • You must redeem this Voucher in one transaction only. Any amount not redeemed in that transaction will be forfeited.
  • This Voucher is only redeemable up to the value stated on this Voucher for purchases made on the Qantas Merchandise Shop. This Voucher must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated. This Voucher is not redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
  • The Qantas Merchandise Shop will collect information about you and any other person named in the purchase so that it can issue the Voucher and, when redeeming this Voucher, can process the sale.
